Images in Paediatric Cardiology

Images in Paediatric Cardiology is published quarterly on-line. However, Journal readers may be unwilling or unable to access the Journal from the Internet. Hence, the Journal will now also be available as a ‘hard copy’ on compact disc (CD). Requirements at the reader end include a personal computer with a CD-ROM drive and any Internet browser.

	Option 1
	The entire Journal, including all issues to date, can air mailed, as a one-off copy, on CD.
	Price $40 inc. postage and handling worldwide.


	Option 2
	Alternatively, an annual subscription can be made out for all four issues. On publication of each issue, the entire Journal to date will be air mailed to the subscriber on CD.
	Price $140 inc. postage and handling worldwide.

Each CD will contain the entire Journal up to the time of CD creation and not just one Journal issue. Hence, each CD copy will supersede previous copies. The CD contents will be identical in every respect to the on-line Journal, and will therefore include all articles with full text, graphics, animations and sounds as in the on line version of the Journal. The CD contents can be viewed via any internet browser, in the same way that you are currently reading this page on-screen. Viewing instructions will be included with each CD copy. In the unlikely event that the computer on which the Journal CD is to be viewed does not have an internet browser, then such a browser can be freely downloaded from one of these two sites:

The Journal copyright extends to the Journal on CD, and copying of Journal CD/s is expressly forbidden.
