unwilling or unable to access the Journal from the Internet. Hence, the
Journal will now also be available as a ‘hard copy’ on compact disc
(CD). Requirements at the reader end include a personal computer with a
CD-ROM drive and any Internet browser. The entire Journal, including all
issues to date, can air mailed, as a one-off copy, on CD. Price $40 inc.
